Leslie is a marriage and family therapist. She and her husband founded the Center for Healthy Relationships at Olivet University. The two are frequent guests on radio and television.

Married since 1984, the Parrotts bring personal insight and experience to their platforms. They are master communicators who deliver fun and practical marriage advice.
