Easter is the time we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It’s an opportunity to reflect on His remarkable sacrifice on our behalf. To prepare our hearts and minds for reflection, there is Blessings of the Cross.
This little resource is a good way to celebrate the Easter season with your family. It can help you focus on Jesus and His atoning work on the cross. Plus, you can reuse the book year after year.

Blessings of the Cross
Blessings of the Cross walks you through the rich gospel accounts of Jesus Christ. His life, passion, death, and resurrection. It follows the hard road He traveled in the weeks and days leading up to His crucifixion.
You’ll find 40 powerful devotionals by four well-known Christian authors. Short, inspiring insights from Billy Graham. Max Lucado. Anne Graham Lotz. Stormie Omartian.
A few years ago, FaithGateway offered this book as a “thank you” for registering with them. Their offer has since expired, but you can still download a FREE copy of the book here or here.
If you prefer a print edition, Amazon sells a paperback edition published by J Countryman. The book is easy to read and has an attractive cover. It makes a wonderful Easter gift.
I love reading books I can hold in my hands, so I bought the paperback. I also like having a mobile library I can take anywhere – so I have the digital copy, too. If you don’t own a Kindle reader, download the Kindle app for your mobile device.
Grow Your Relationship With God
Blessings of the Cross is a wonderful way to grow your relationship with God this Easter season. If you’re not ready to buy, read an excerpt here. Or download the free eBook here. If you’re a member of Scribd, you can download the book here.
And don’t forget about your family and friends. Give them the book for Easter or tell them about the free download. Or send them a card to share some Easter joy and let them know you’re praying for them.
DaySpring used to sell premium cards called “Jesus is Light.” Featuring artwork by Thomas Kinkade, they reflected the message in John 14:6. While they no longer appear online, there are similar cards for your Easter greetings.
“I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”
John 14:6
Wrapping It Up
